location to casino and boardwalk.
i layed in bed to relax for a few i look up an a 2 inch bug crawling up wall....look over by dresser another inch an a 1/2 bug on wall couldnt sleep was beyond a wreck thinkin bugs were everywhere,,,id never stay there againj if they payed me thats no joke,,was gonna ask for 1/2 money back but they wouldnt of,,then maybe id stay again in diff room
the bugs made me ill and sleepless no shampoo in room 1 towel no wash clothe just 1 single towel,,no bag for ice bucket,it was the worst ive stayed in and ive stayed in at least 500 rooms in my time im only 38,,maybe in a diff room if i got 1/2 or more of my money back which will NEVER happen
The price was right, it was near the boardwalk and a major casino, and it was clean and comfortable -- just fine for an overnight stay. The motel desk staff were friendly. There was a fridge in the room and you could adjust the heat/air conditioning yourself. There was also a flat screen tv with two hbo channels.
The "continental breakfast" consisted of slices of white bread for toasting and/or cheap packaged muffins and sweet rolls, plus mediocre coffee and juice.
We were trying to find TravelLodge, but when we got there, it was called Knights Inn, we found this out after circling the block twice. There had been an attempt to make the room look good, but the bathtub was pink and the tile on the wall was green. Really! It was adequate, but it was not pristine. Certainly not deserving of three stars. Who rates these places for you? You ought to go visit them once in a while. A thee star is next to a four star, and that hotel was no where near a three star in my book. It was on a very noisy street, not good for resting.
Entry from the room right on parking
Seems like you sleep on the road. Cold, no breakfast at all.
Room had moths and roaches. Outdated rooms.
Location not bad
No hot water, limited parking, only one towel.
It's about a half mile from the beach.
Other guests were yelling all night in the parking lot. The owners wanted me to pay extra to use the safe on top of the overpriced room. The supposed continental breakfast was a joke.
Location, close to casinos and the boardwalk.
Not much of a continential breakfast, pretty bad really. The door didn't have a latch at the top to lock it.Had foam insulation that was exposed.
It's just next to Taj Mahal and Showboat. They have free parking. The price (if less than 100) is affordable. Bathroom is clean and bed is amazing.
Don't expect too much beyond bathroom and bed for a Motel... The only big issue is their power sockets are loose.
frendly staff, convinient location, free wi-fi and parking.
It was in a convenient location.
No coffee for coffee maker. Parking was from to back, so I you were in the front spot you were blocked in. No soda machines. Some light bulbs needed replaced; they flickered constantly.
The hotel itself is extremly run down. For $230 this hotel is not worth the money I would rather pay the extra $100 next time I am in Atlantic City. There were random people walking about the property, it made me feel very unsafe. We ended up leaving at 3:00 am to drive home because we could not take the noise.
It looks nice from inside and outside, good location.
Noisy air conditioner. Instead of promised breakfast we received a tiny cookie with coffee at the reception.
Absolutely nothng! Don't be fooled because its close to the Boardwalk. Off season this Hotel probably rents rooms by the hour.....if you know what I mean! Towels were stained little if no housekeeping and forget the so callled continental breakfast that's only served for 2 hours..........not much Offered either. Limited parking and spaces so narrow my rental was scrapped by a vehicle exiting. The bed was comfortable. The linen was clean except the pillowcases and bedspread were full of cigarette burns.
